【Abstract】 Bacillus TR-1 was highly resistant to tobramycin but remained sensitive to apramycin andBacillus sutilis 63501 was sensitive to tobramycin and apramycin. The two organisms were mixed and cultured to assay the relative contents of tobramycin and apramycin.Streptomyces tenebrarius 9901 which had produced tobramycin and apramycin was treated with NTG, single compound of the tobramycin producing strain was obtained using by this method.;更多还原
