【Abstract】 With China’s entry into WTO,West of China has now been facing rare opportunities to make strategies and achievements.Compared with the basic constructive projects,capital utilization and talents treatment of East,the article aims to search proper measures to local conditions,depending on the market economy to adjust the accumulation of funds,exploitation of items and accommodation of talents to further promote ecomomic prosperity and sustaining development of West with the macro-control of the government.更多还原
