【摘要】 目的 :评价溴敌隆蜡块对家鼠的适口性及灭鼠效果。方法 :现场实验。结果 :不同生活环境家鼠对溴敌隆蜡块的盗食率高于自配粮食毒饵 ;溴敌降蜡块一次性投饵的耗饵量达 81 4 % ,灭效达 97 1% (P <0 0 5 ) ,在现场灭鼠遇到内外环境较为复杂 ,随时有外来种群迁入时 ,二次投饵尤其必要 ,灭鼠率高达 99 3%。结论 :0 0 0 5 %溴敌隆蜡块适口性好 ,灭鼠效果好 ,容易投放 ,节省人力物力 ,值得大面积推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the palatability of bromadiolone to rodents and efficacy against rodents. Methods:Field experiment. Results:The feeding index of bromadiolone wax baits was much higher than grain baits in different places.About 81 4% of bromadiolone wax baits were fed,and the deratization rate was 97 1%( P <0 05).Twice bromadiolone baits delivery was necessary in complex condition.The deratization rate was 99 3% by twice bromadiolone baits putting. Conclusion:0 005% bromadiolone wax baits had good palatability to rodents and good efficacy against rodents.更多还原
