【摘要】 卫生院产权制度改革使农村预防保健工作面临一系列新情况、新问题 ,因此 ,要把乡级预防保健服务体系再构作为卫生院产权制度改革的前置条件 ,并与卫生院产权制度改革的方式相协调相适应。政府对再构的乡级预防保健服务体系要坚持机构建设与产品购买并举 ,以改制为动力 ,再铸富有生机活力的乡级预防保健服务体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rural health care is confronted with newissues with the ownership system reform of township hospitals.The restructuring of village-level preventive care system should be the premise of ownership system reform of township hospitals and in line with the reform mode.The governmental role in construction of the new-type village-level preventive care system and purchase of preventive services should be insisted.It is believed that with the motivation of reform,a vigorous village-level preventive care system could be reestablished.更多还原
