【摘要】 价格因素对医疗机构的发展和患者的就医取向有较大影响。本文从现行医疗价格政策实施过程中存在的问题出发 ,探讨医院价格体系的完善 ,还需要市场机制、社会保障制度、人性化服务相配合 ,并认为调整医疗价格、扩展服务项目是推进医疗体制改革的一项基础性工作 ,也是实现医改目标的重要组成部分。企望通过讨论能以价格杠杆引导医疗服务 ,使医疗收费结构趋于合理 ,增强患者对医院的信心。更多还原

【Abstract】 Price has an apparent influence on the development of medical organizations and patients’ care seeking orientation. In this paper, it is believed that the improvement of hospital price system should integrate market mechanism, social insurance system, and humanization service by the way of studying existing problems during the execution of current medical price policy. Also it is believed that medical price adjustment and services enlargement is a fundamental work to propel medical system reform and an important part of health reform aims. We hope that medical service could be guided by price lever so that a reasonable medical charging structure could be established and patients’ confidence towards hospital could be strengthened.更多还原
