金属滑动摩擦磨损的噪声包络谱识别
IDENTIFICATION OF THE WEAR OF METAL SLIDING FRICTION BY NOISE ENVELOPE SPECTRUM
【摘要】 金属滑动摩擦磨损的摩擦噪声与磨损程度有着密切的内在联系,利用希尔伯特变换对金属滑动摩擦噪声信号进行了包络谱分析。结果表明,包络谱对磨损程度十分敏感,因而可以利用摩擦噪声的包络谱分析实现金属摩擦磨损程度的检测与诊断。
【Abstract】 The friction noise of the wear of metal rubbing pair was closely related to the level of abrasion wear. The envelope spectrum of noise signals of metal rubbing pair was analyzed by Hilbert transform. Results showed that noise envelope spectrum was very sensitive to the change of wear level. Thus the level of wear could be tested and diagnosed by analyzing noise envelope spectrum.
