通用串行总线技术在超声探伤中的应用
APPLICATION OF UNIVERSAL SERIAL BUS TO ULTRASONIC INSPECTION SYSTEM
【摘要】 通用串行总线(USB)技术的出现方便了PC机与外围设备的互联,并实现了数据的快速传输。使用USB接口技术连接超声探伤设备和PC机,不仅利于数据的存储和传输,也解决了系统的实时性问题。同时利用PC机的强大功能可控制检测过程、处理回波信号以及实现自动化探伤。以USB1.1协议为主介绍USB概况,并研究USB技术在超声探伤系统中的软硬件实现方案,提出了一种基于PC的超声探伤系统。
【Abstract】 The technology of universal serial bus (USB) facilitates the connection of PC with peripheral and accelerates data transfer speed. By interfacing testing device with host (PC) via USB, the speed of data transfer and storage of ultrasonic testing system will be enhanced significantly and real-time data acquisition and processing will be possible. Moreover, USB allows host PC to utilize all abilities available to realize the control of testing, the processing of signals and automatic flaw identification. USB is introduced centering on USB specification 1.1. The application of USB to ultrasonic flaw detector has been studied, and an ultrasonic testing system based on PC has been presented.
