【Abstract】 A method for synthetically evaluation of optimal choice of hydro\|engineering development plan decision\|making is presented. Multi\|criteria decision grey relation projection method is applied and its basic theory is introduced. Meanwhile, some factors are taken into account. It is explained by an example, the result is similar to that of the ART (adaptive resonance theory) neural network method, so this method is available to decide hydro\|engineering development plan.更多还原
