新型氮杂冠醚树脂的合成与吸附性能研究
Synthesis and properties of novel azacrown ether resin
【摘要】 以聚乙二醇(PEG 400)为起始剂,以聚乙二醇二苯磺酸酯为中间体,以多甘胺为交联剂,用KOH做缩合催化剂,合成了新型非对称多氮杂冠醚树脂(I)和(II).测试了树脂的溶胀性能和对金属离子的吸附性能,结果表明,合成树脂在极性溶剂中具有良好的溶胀性能,20℃时在水、甲酸和乙酸中的溶胀系数分别达6.67,8.31和6.00,吸水容量达到13.54g/g;25℃时对Hg2+,Cu2+,Ni2+,Pb2+,Zn2+的吸附容量分别达1.342,1.087,1.192,0.762和0.904mmol/g.
【Abstract】 By using polyethylene glycol (PEG400) as starting material, polyethylenglycol disulfophenglate as intermediate, polyethylenediamine as crosslinker, KOH as catalyst of polycondensation,the unsymmetrical polyazacrown ether resins (Ⅰ) and (Ⅱ) are synthesized Their swelling properties and static adsorption characters for metallic ions are measured The results show that synthetic resins have good swelling properties in the polar solvent and the swelling coefficients are 667, 831 and 600 in water, mechanic acid, ethnic acid respectively and the adsorption capacity for water is 1354 g/g at 20℃,adsorption capacities of the resins are 1342, 1087, 1192, 0762 and 0904 mmol/g for Hg2+, Cu2+, Ni2+, Pb2+ and Zn2+respectively at 25℃.
