【摘要】 目的　探讨口腔鳞状细胞癌 (oralsquamouscellcarcinoma ,OSCC)组织中基质金属蛋白酶 9(matrixmetallo proteinase 9,MMP 9) ,基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子 1(tissueinhibitorofmetalloproteinase 1,TIMP 1)的表达及其与肿瘤分化、转移的关系。方法　采用免疫组织化学SP法检测 4 5例口腔鳞癌标本 ,9例正常口腔粘膜标本中MMP 9TIMP 1的表达情况。结果　①口腔鳞癌中MMP 9、TIMP 1的阳性表达率分别为 6 4 .4 %和 4 2 .2 % ,与对照组比较有显著性差异。②口腔鳞癌低分化组中MMP 9、TIMP 1的阳性表达率高于高分化组 (P <0 .0 5 )。③颈淋巴结转移组中MMP 9、TIMP 1的阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　口腔鳞癌组织中MMP 9、TIMP 1的表达与肿瘤分化程度及颈淋巴结转移有关 ,与肿瘤发生部位无关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To study the expression of matrix metalloprateinase 9 (MMP 9) and tissue inhibitor of metalloprateinase 1 (TIMP 1) in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) and investigate their correlation with differentiation and lymph node metastasis of OSCC.Methods\ The expressions of MMP 9 and TIMP 1 were examined by immunohistochernistry S P method in 9 cases of oral mucosa,and 45 cases of oral squamoug cell carcinoma.Results\ ①The positive rates of MMP 9 and TIMP 1 were 64.4% and 42.2% .The expressions of MMP 9 and TIMP 1in OSCC were significantly higher than that of oral mucosa.②The positive rates of MMP 9 and TIMP 1 were significantly higher in poor differtiation carcinoma than that in high differtiation carcinoma③The positive rates of MMP 9 and TIMP 1 were significantly higher in lymph node metastasis carcinoma than that in nonlymph node metastasis carcinoma.Conclusion The expression of MMP 9 and TIMP 1 in OSCC are closely related to tumor differentiation and lymph node metastases,but have no relation with tumor location.更多还原
