论小接触角下实现滴状冷凝的可能性
The possibility for realizing dropwise condensation with small contact angle
【摘要】 通过分析液滴在临界态及后续冷凝过程中化学势的变化 ,解释了冷凝器混合冷凝的形成机理 ,并证明了如果降低壁面过冷度以及采用适当措施降低壁面液滴的脱落半径的话 ,实现稳定的小接触角的滴状冷凝是可能的
【Abstract】 In this paper we analyze the variation in the chemical potential of th e liquid droplets at the critical state and the condensation that follows, and d iscuss the mechanism of mixed condensation. It is proved that there is a possibi lity of realizing dropwise condensation with small contact angle when the super cool ing of the condenser surface reduces and the dropoff radius of the droplet on th e surface rea ches a small value through certain appropriate methods.
