SrAl12O19∶Pr3+中的热激发
Thermal excitations in SrAl12 O19 ∶Pr3+
【摘要】 研究了SrAl1 2 O1 9∶Pr3+ 的光谱中3P1 和1 I6 的发射 .用3P1 →3H5与3P0 →3H5发射强度之比测量了温度 ,通过1 I6 →1 G4 与3P0 →1 G4 发射强度之比 ,讨论了热激发对3P0 可见光发射效率的影响 .
【Abstract】 In this paper, we have studied the emission spectra from the thermally excited 3P 1 and 1I 6 states in SrAl 12 O 19 ∶Pr 3+ .The ratio of the emission intensities of 3P 1→ 3H 5 and 3P 0→ 3H 5 transitions is applied to measure temperature. It is also pointed out that the thermally excited 1I 6 emission plays an important role in decreasing the quantum efficiency of the 3P 0 visible emission.
