溶胶-凝胶法制备Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3陶瓷及其电学特性
Electrical properties of (Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3 ceramic prepared by sol-gel method
【摘要】 用溶胶 凝胶工艺成功制备出Bi0 5Na0 5TiO3纳米微粉 ,并利用此微粉烧结出高致密度的Bi0 5Na0 5TiO3陶瓷 .这种新工艺制备的Bi0 5Na0 5TiO3陶瓷 ,其压电性能远远高于普通方法制备的陶瓷 ,其中压电常数d33和机电耦合系数kt 分别高达 10 2× 10 - 1 2 C N和 5 8% .同时发现 ,对于这种Bi0 5Na0 5TiO3陶瓷 ,室温时只需施加 10 0kV cm左右的交变电场 ,就可得到矩形度极好的饱和回线 ,得到的剩余极化Pr 和矫顽场Ec 分别为 32 μC cm2 和 6 1kV cm .而在 10 0℃以上只需施加 35kV cm的极化电场就可使样品充分极化 .
【Abstract】 Bismuth sodium titanate Bi 0 5 Na 0 5 TiO 3 ceramic with about 96% of theoretical density was prepared by sol gel processing. The saturate P E hysteresis loop can be obtained under a 100kV/cm AC electric field for the sol gel processed Bi 0 5 Na 0 5 TiO 3 ceramic and the remanent polarization P r and coercive field E c are 32μC/cm 2 and 61kV/cm respectively. Moreover, from the piezoelectric measurements, this material fabricated by sol gel processing was found to have increased piezoelectric constant d 33 =102×10 -12 C/N and electromechanical coupling factor k t=58%. Therefore, sol gel method is a potential fabrication technique for this lead free piezoelectric ceramic.
