回火温度对Cr-W-Mo铁基堆焊层组织及耐磨性的影响
EFFECT OF TEMPER TEMPERATURE ON MICROSTRUCTURES AND WEAR RESISTIBILITY OF SURFACING DEPOSITS OF FERRO-BASE WITH Cr-W-Mo ALLOYS
【摘要】 研究了回火温度对Cr-W-Mo铁基堆焊层组织及耐磨性的影响。结果表明,当焊后经560℃×2h回 火时,其耐磨性最好,且组织与耐磨性有良好的对应。
【Abstract】 In the paper, the effect of temper temperature on microstructures and wear resistibility of surfacing deposits of Ferro-base with Cr-W-Mo alloys has been investigated. The result show that the Mi-crostructure of surfacing deposits is in relation to it’ s wear resistibility, when tempering is done at 560℃×2 h after welding, the best wear resistibility is obtained.
