Cu-Cr合金在NaOH溶液中腐蚀行为
STUDY ON CORROSION BEHAVIOR OF Cu-Cr ALLOY IN NaOH SOLUTION
【摘要】 通过金相、X射线衍射(XRD)及扫描电镜(SEM/EDX),结合电化学测试手段,研究了Cu-Cr合金在NaOH溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:Cu-Cr合金在NaOH溶液中的腐蚀产物主要是CuO、Cu2O、铬的氧化物,铜相较铬相腐蚀严重。当温度为20℃时,其阳极极化时,出现钝化。
【Abstract】 The corrosion behavior of Cu-Cr alloy in NaOH solution had been studied by means of Metallograph、XRD、SEM/EDX and electrochemical method. The results show that the main corrosion product is CuO、Cu2O and oxide of chromium. Cu is easier subject to corrosion than Cr. When the temperature is at 20℃ , and anode is polarized, Cu-Cr alloy is passivated.
