灭火器爆炸事故分析

【摘要】 某型号干粉灭火器在充填作业中发生爆炸事故。综合分析事故现场,并利用裂纹分析、断口分析、材料分析及力学分析表明:该灭火器材料合格,充填作业正常,爆炸的原因在于灭火器存在较严重的加工工艺缺陷,在筒体底部的不正常环向旋压损伤致使该部位局部厚度仅为其他部位的50%,并形成环状尖缺口缺陷,造成应力集中,局部高应力导致了低应力爆炸事故的发生。

【Abstract】 A kind of fire extinguisher exploded when it is f illed with fire resistance material. The reasons of this accident were studied. Failure analysis was made by means of fieldwork, fracture observe, fracturegraphy detected and rnechanical analysis. The results show that the material is ok and the operation of filling is normal. Main reason of explode is that the fire extinguisher has a fatal technologic defect, which is made when is be processed with round grinding. It made the wall of fire extinguisher much thin at local position than that of normal wall, furthermore, a sharp groove was formed, and it lead to a stress concentration. It is this defect induced low stress explodes.
