金属薄板锥杯比值与力学性能间的相关性研究

【摘要】 应用数理统计中“后向消去法”建立了9种板料锥杯比值λ与力学性能间的相关性数学模型。指出R、n、Rm和HV对锥杯比值λ影响显著,而△R对其基本无影响,这为塑性理论分析中常略去△R提供了佐证,提高R、n,降低HV,可提高锥杯比值λ。另经实验证实,所建立的相关性数学模型具有一定的实用价值。

【Abstract】 Using statistically backward elimination method, the mathematic modei was established for the relativity between conical cup test value (λ) and mechanical properties of 9 kinds of steel sheet. It was demonstrated that R、n、Rm and HV had obvious effect on λ while △R had no effect on A basically(It afforded a proof that △R is often omitted in plasticity theory analysis), and A could be increased by increasing R 、 n or by decreasing HV. It was proved by the experiments that the established mathematic modei for relativity is of practical usefulness.
