高温合金薄板盒形件成形热处理工艺研究
STUDY ON TECHNIQUE OF HEATING TREATMENT FOR FORMING OF SUPERALLOY THIN - WALLED SHEET BOX
【摘要】 针对高温合金薄壁盒形件的成形,研究了厚度为0.5 mm不同拉伸变形量(6%、13%、19%拉断)的试件,在不同热处理工艺下对γ相析出及硬度的影响,并得到了适于盒形件成形的热处理制度。
【Abstract】 To properly achieve the forming of thin - walled box like parts made by using superalloy thin - walled sheet(0.5 mm thick), effects of deformation level and annealing method on γ’phase of the material were studied and the proper method were established. The specimens used in the study were made from the materials that were treated under different annealing methods and different tension level (6 % ,13 % ,19 % and fractured).
