界面性能对单向碳纤维/环氧复合材斜弯曲疲劳性能的影响
INFLUENCE OF INTERFACE PROPERTIES ON FLEXURAL FATIGUE PERFORMANCE OF UNIDIRECTIONAL CARBON/EPOXY COMPOSITES
【摘要】 研究了界面改性对单向碳纤维增强复合材料疲劳性能的影响。通过以碳酸氢氨为电解质的阳极氧化和以马来酸酐为溶质进行的低温等离子体处理对碳纤维表面进行改性,观察交变载荷下复合材料界面性能退化和疲劳损伤规律。发现良好的界面粘接可以提高复合材料的抗疲劳性能,但是过强的界面粘接反而导致复合材料疲劳性能的下降。只有当材料具有合适强弱的界面时,才具有较好的疲劳性能。
【Abstract】 To study the influence of interface properties on the fatigue performance of unidirectional carbon/epoxy composite, fatigue tests were conducted on the composites in which the carbon fiber was treated with anodic oxidation and cold plasma. The interfacial degradation and fatigue damage of composites under cyclic loading were discussed. It was found that a improved interface adhesion would result in an improved fatigue performance of composites. But a extremely strong interface bonding would lead to a decrease of fatigue performance and only composites with proper interface strength had optimum fatigue performance.
