【摘要】 目的:探讨白细胞介素(IL)鄄12的动态变化对多发伤病人伤情判断的意义。方法:对36例多发伤病人入院后第1、3、7、14天空腹外周静脉血IL鄄12的水平变化进行动态检测,以判断IL鄄12水平变化与多发伤伤情严重程度和预后之间的关系。结果:多发伤病人创伤后外周静脉血IL鄄12水平升高,各创伤严重程度评分(ISS)分值区段内的多发伤病人外周血IL鄄12水平有显著性差异。随着ISS评分值的增高,不同时段IL鄄12水平也升高,二者之间存在正相关性,与病人年龄无关。结论:动态检测多发伤病人外周血IL鄄12的水平变化可作为判定多发伤伤情的指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the relationship between the change of IL12and the severity and prognosis in patients with multiple trauma.Methods:IL12levels were determined dynamically in patients with multiple trauma on the first,third,seventh,and fourteenth days after admitting the hospital.Results:The IL12levels in patients with multiple trauma were higher after injury.The IL12levels have correlation with Injury Severity Score(ISS),and have no relationship with ages of patients.Conclusions:The dynamic determination of IL12is a useful method in judgment of the injury severity in patients with multiple trauma.更多还原
