高温催化相转化法合成纳米铁酸锌及其表征
Synthesis of nanoparticles ZnFe2O4 by catalytic phase transformation at high temperature and its characterization
【摘要】 探讨了高温下的催化相转化反应。研究了高温下制备纳米级铁酸锌的最佳条件 :反应体系初始 pH =8. 0~ 1 0 .5,反应温度 1 0 0~ 1 2 0℃ ,反应物初始浓度 0 .45~ 1 . 2mol/L ,反应时间 2~ 5h。用XRD、TEM和磁强仪对产物进行了表征。与低温下制备的产物相比 ,纳米粒子的晶化程度有所提高 ,剩磁和矫顽力已不再为零
【Abstract】 The preparation of nanoparticles ZnFe2O4 by catalytic phase transformation at high temperature is studied.The best conditions of preparing nanoparticles ZnFe2O4 are as following:the initial pH=8.0~10.5,reaction temperature 100~120 ℃,the initial concentration of reactant 0.45~1.2 mol/L,reaction time 2~5 h.The product was characterized by TEM,XRD.Its magnetic property was examined.The results showed that the crystallite produced at high temperature is better than that produced at low temperature.The remanence and coercivity have not been equal to zero yet.
