二氧化氯氧化法处理矿山含氰废水研研究
Study on the treatment of cyanogen-contained wastewater in mine by oxidation with chlorine dioxide
【摘要】 采用二氧化氯作为矿山含氰废水处理剂 ,在 pH 8 5~ 1 1 5范围内 ,对于含氰废液在 30min以内、ClO2 与CN- 浓度比≥ 3条件下 ,能达到 99%以上的除氰效果。处理后的废液 pH在 8~ 9范围 ,CN- 浓度 <0 5mg/L ,达到国家排放标准 ,处理效果优于传统次氯酸盐处理法。二氧化氯氧化法处理矿山含氰废水 ,具有投加剂量少 ,使用便捷 ,并且无二次污染等优点
【Abstract】 Chlorine dioxide is used as oxidant for the treatment of cyanogen-contained wastewater in mine.On the flowing conditions:pH 8.5~11.5,mixed time 30 min,∶≥3,the treatment ratio of cyanide can be up to 99%.The treated wastewater with pH 8~9,<0.5 mg/L is allowed to be discharged out directly.The oxidation of chlorine dioxide is better than the oxidation of hypochlorite for the treatment of cyanogen-contained wastewater,it has the advantages of less amount of oxidant added,easy operation and without secondary pollution etc.
