【Abstract】 On acceding to WTO, enterprises in China are subjected to both opportunity and challenge. Technical innovation is the only way for them to avoid risk and take up the challenge of "internationalization of home markets". The practice of reform in these years shows their achievement; however, as the world economy has "to solve the problem of creating new speed in 2000 era", contrastingly, Chinese enterprises have to accelerate their innovation speed, wich should be done by innovating the internal and the external factors in subject entrprises.更多还原
