【Abstract】 Vehicle License Plate Automatic Recognition System plays important role, has promising future in the intelligent transportation systems. In this paper a Vehicle License Plate Automatic Recognition System is introduced, including taking the license plate, locating the license plate and the recognition of the license plate.
