【Abstract】 The electronic commerce for business- to- business has become the focus,but for most enterprises in our country there haven’ t been a good way to get access to an overall solution due to many reasons.In this paper,a model of secure electronic payment based on WEB is discussed and the model has been completed successfully through the simple medicine sale online designed by the author.
