【摘要】 目的:检测恶性肿瘤病人体液中端粒酶的活性,以探讨其临床意义. 方法:采用端粒酶PCR-ELISA 法对27例恶性肿瘤及51 例良性疾病病人的支气管灌洗液、胸水、腹水、尿液的端粒酶活性进行对比研究. 结果:恶性肿瘤组织其端粒酶的检出率显著高于对照组.结论:端粒酶活性表达与肿瘤发生密切相关,将可能作为恶性肿瘤早期诊断的生物学指标.更多还原

【Abstract】 Object: To detect telomerase activity in body fluid of the malignant tumor patients and investigate its clinic evaluation. Methods: The twenty-seven cases of malignant tumor pa- tients and fifty-one benign patients were our detective objects. The methods of PCR-ELISA were used. We investigated the telomerase activity by contrast in the BALF, chest fluid, ab- domind fluid and urine. Results: The detectiable rates of the telomerase in the malignant tumor groups were significiantly higher than the objective groups. Conclusion: There are close asso- ciations between the expression of the telomerase activity and the malignant tumor. The telom- erase will be able to a biological index in early diagnosis of the malignant tumor.更多还原
