【Abstract】 According to the service conditions and wear properties of dredge cutter piece. the authors adopted a filling method, the special surfacing technique for wear resistance with tungsten carbide bar, to the tooth of cutter piece, the basic process and characteristics of the method were introduced. The paper also presented the surfacing process, compositions and main properties of surfacing for wear resistant deposit. Through the application on cutterhead pipeline dredge, the authors discussed and analyzed the effects of cutter piece surfacing deposit for wear resistance on the application.更多还原
