【Abstract】 In essence,the improvement of science and technology is a revolutionary power. There is not any power which can stop the improvement of science and technology.Where the frontier of contemporary science is combined with the demand of the society, high science and technology improves constantly through creation. We should pay attention to and give a research on the problem of scientific ethics and concentrate on all kinds of aspects,where the improvement of science and technology shock the traditional ethics, in order to avoid or decrease the chaos of the society that is brought about by this shock.更多还原
