新型AXL卷烟的研制及其降焦减害效果评价

【摘要】 利用天然植物提取物AXL,开发研制了具有一定功效的功能性卷烟.对卷烟叶组配方、香料配方和AXL添加剂的添加工艺进行了研究,并对AXL卷烟的各项技术指标进行了评价.与对照卷烟样品相比,使用AXL的卷烟焦油释放量和苯并[a]芘释放量分别降低了7%和7.6%,有效组分A、X在卷烟烟气中的迁移率分别为21.00%和13.21%.结果表明:在保持较好感官质量的同时,添加AXL的卷烟具有良好的降焦减害作用.

【Abstract】 Using AXL additive,a new functional cigarette was developed.Various processes were studied,including tobacco blending,casing,top flavoring and addition of AXL additive.The function of AXL cigarette was evaluated.Comparing with the blank cigarette,percent of tar and benzopyrene in AXL cigarette was decreased 7%,7.6%,respectively.The transfer percent of efficient component A and X in AXL was 21.00% and 13.21% respectively.The results indicated that AXL cigarette had a good function in decreasing tar and benzo(a)pyrene while maintaining the high tasting quality.
