基于数据融合和挖掘技术的航海避碰决策系统
The decision system for the navigation collision avoidance based on data fusion and data mining
【摘要】 介绍了数据融合和数据挖掘技术 ,并把该技术应用于航海避碰决策系统中 .建立了航海避碰决策系统的数据融合和数据挖掘综合处理的模型 ,并将基于多知识库的数据挖掘与信息融合技术与模糊神经网络数据挖掘技术相结合 ,利用模糊推理、神经网络技术和 D S证据理论实现目标识别 ,从而得到对于各目标类型的最终认识
【Abstract】 A brief introduction on data fusion and data mining is given, and then the techn ologies in the decision (making) system is applied in the navigation collision a voidance. The paper proposes a model for comprehensive data fusion and data mini ng in the system is buit up. It combines data fusion and data mining based on mu lti-knowledge database with data mining in fuzzy neural network. Using the technology of fuzzy reasoning, neural network and target recognition based on D-S evidence theory, the final understand of various target types is come up.
