银离子络合萃取法纯化油脂中花生四烯酸

【摘要】 探讨了银离子络合萃取法纯化不饱和脂肪酸的工艺条件,结果表明:以浓度为3.0mol/L的硝酸银(AgNO3)溶液与不饱和脂肪酸络合较适宜.经络合萃取,花生四烯酸的纯度由粗油中的15.14%提高到51.69%,收率为97.15%.

【Abstract】 Complexation extraction of some unsaturated fatty acid compounds with silver ion was studied. The experimental results showed that the suitable concentration of silver nitrate is 3.0 mol/L.After complexation extration,the purity of arachidonic acid was increased to 51.69% from 15.14% in the crude oil,and the recovery was 97.15%. 
