H2O2直接氧化苯酚制苯二酚反应体系的分析方法

【摘要】 采用SE54大孔径毛细管柱,载气(N2)压力0.04MPa,助燃气(空气)压力0.15MPa,氢气压力0.1MPa,程序升温,初始恒温柱箱温度140℃,一阶恒温柱箱温度280℃,离子化室温度300℃,汽化温度300℃,进样量0.15μL,乙二醇作内标物能定量分析出苯酚、邻苯二酚和对苯二酚的含量;用蒸馏的方法测定了焦油的含量.利用分析结果可计算苯酚的转化率和生成二酚的选择性.

【Abstract】 The fraction of phenol,catechol and hydroquinone in direct oxidation of phenol solution is determined by the use of widebore capillary packed column(SE54) and ethanediol as internal standard goods.The chromatography conditions are preliminary column temperature 140 ℃,first order column temperature 280 ℃,ionization chamber temperature 300 ℃,carrier gas pressure 0.04 MPa for N2,0.15 MPa for burningrate gas,0.1 MPa for H2, amount of feed 1.5 μL respectively.The fractions of tars in the samples are measured by distillation.The conversion of phenol and the selectivity of dihydroxybenzene can be calculated with these results.
