新型混凝土水下不分散剂的研制

【摘要】 高性能的水下不分散混凝土需要高性能的水下不分散剂.通过正交实验确定了水下不分散剂的配合比,进行了不同分散剂的性能比较,并分析了其作用机理.研究结果表明,该新型混凝土水下不分散剂NDA具有工作性能好、强度损失低、抗分散性能好等优点,可用于配制C40高性能水下不分散混凝土.

【Abstract】 High performance nondispersible underwater concrete need high performance nondispersible underwater admixture. Mix of nondispersible underwater admixture was determined by experiments, the performance of different nondispersible underwater admixture were compared, and its function mechanism was analyzed. The results of research indicated that this new nondispersible underwater admixture NDA had many advantages compared with past nondispersible admixture such as perfect workability, low strength loss, and excellent antidispersible performance. NDA can be used to prepare C40 high performance nondispersible underwater concrete admixture.
