【Abstract】 This paper introduces the thought of IPinIP tunnel, for solving the compatible problem existing between IPSec and NAT protocol at present. Comparing the solution existing at present, this scheme only needs to expand a tunnel NAT function in the present NAT function module, and does not need to change existing NAT and IPSec system, which can solve the compatible problem.
