浸没式UV-C技术对念珠藻“水华”的抑制效应
Inhibitory Effects of Submerged UV-C Radiation Technology on Nostoc Causing Water Bloom
【摘要】 以“水华”蓝藻中常见的念珠藻 N ostoc712 0为受试藻种 ,分别设计了浸没式 UV-C技术抑藻实验、细胞形态观察实验和 SDS-PAGE电泳实验等 ,最后分别从群体、细胞、分子水平对此技术除藻抑藻效应的机理予以阐释
【Abstract】 The submerged UV C technology for control of cyanobacterial water bloom would be investigated in this article.Thus Nostoc7120 is used as test species, and the principle of inhibitory effect exerted by the submerged UV C technology on Nostoc7120 growth would be revealed from the level of population, cell and molecule through a series of experiments such as Nostoc growth inhibition, cell morphology investigation by light microscopy and SDS PAGE electrophoresis, and so on.
