基于绝热温升控制的GHPC配合比优化设计
Optimal Design of GHPC Based on Control to Adiabatic Temperature Change
【摘要】 根据影响砼绝热温升的 3个主要因素 ,利用正交试验设计与方差分析方法 ,考察了水胶比 ,单位水泥用量 ,高效减水剂的掺量 ,粉煤灰的掺量 ,粗集料的类型、水泥种类等 6个因素对砼的绝热温升、2 8d抗压强度、工作性及抗 Cl-渗透性 4个考核指标的影响 ,得到了最佳配合比。结果表明 :在最佳配合比下 ,能有效地控制大体积砼的绝热温升 ,保证其高耐久性。为绿色高性能砼在高层建筑基础大体积砼中的应用提供了理论依据
【Abstract】 Based on three affected factors of adiabatic temperature change, the method of orthogonal experiment design and variance analysis was used to test the influences of six factors, water binder ratio, unit cement content, contents of high effective water reducer, fly ash, course aggregate style, on four indexes, adiabatic temperature change,workability, 28 d compressive strength, durability, and the best optimum mixture was attained in this paper. The results showed adiabatic temperature change of mass concrete could be efficiently controlled due to the mixture, which provided the theoretic basis for the application of GHPC on mass concrete of foundation in high rise building.
