DBQ型塔机臂架系统的动态特性分析
Research of Dynamic Behaviors on Boom System of DBQ Tower Crane
【摘要】 以 DBQ30 0 0型塔机为研究对象 ,建立不同主、副臂长度组合在不同幅度下 37种姿态工况的三维有限元模型 ,给出臂架系统的前 10阶固有频率和振型 ,并与模态实验结果进行对比 ,讨论了各阶振型的特点及各臂架间姿态调整对系统固有频率的影响。
【Abstract】 Taking the DBQ3000 tower crane as the researched object, 37 three-dimensional dynamic finite element models are established. First 10 lower natural frequencies of the boom system and mode shape of the tower crane boom system are presented. The characteristics of the modes are described and the effect of the postures adjusting of boom system on the natural frequencies is discussed.
