【Abstract】 Three methods have been established for the synthesis of 1,1,1-tris （trimethylsiloxy） methacryloxypropyl silane,which was characterized by ¹H NMR spectrum and IR spectrum. Compared with other reported methods, the one-pot method can increase the yield by 10% and decrease the producing costs by 30%. Under conditions of this one-pot method,the yield of the product is over 60% and the purity is over 98%.更多还原
