【Abstract】 The relationship between the gene expression level of Classical swine fever virus(CSFV) and the relative usage frequency of the synonymous codons is investigated by using a self-consistent information clustering method, in which the relative usage frequencies of the synonymous codons of CSFV are calculated, and the information entropies of genes, as the representations of their expression levels are obtained. The results are in consistent with the previous analysis. It is shown that the relative usage frequency of the synonymous codons of CSFV plays a great role in evaluation of the expression levels of the genes of CSFV.更多还原
