邻氯甲苯和对氯甲苯在非溶剂系统中的反常氧化活性研究
Study on Unusual Activity of Catalytic Oxidationof o-Chlorotoluene and p-Chlorotoluene by Air in Self Medium
【摘要】 研究了在非溶剂系统中邻氯甲苯和对氯甲苯的氧化活性和液相氧化机理 .结果表明 :在经过短时间诱导期后 ,邻氯甲苯的氧化反应速率达到最大值且稳定 ,而对氯甲苯则在达到最大值后迅速下降 .这与醋酸作溶剂时的情况相反 .分析了产生这种反常氧化活性的原因 ,并给出了提高对氯甲苯氧化速率的方法
【Abstract】 The liquid phase autoxidation activity and mechanism of o-chlorotoluene(OCT) and p-chlorotoluene(PCT) in self medium were studied in this paper. The results show that after short induction period, the autoxidaiton rate of both OCT and PCT increased to maximum. However, only the rate of OCT kept constant, the rate of PCT decreased rapidly, which is different from the autoxidation rate of OCT and PCT in the medium of acetic acid. The paper discussed the reason of the abnormal autoxidation activity and presented a method of increase the PCT autoxidation rate.
