图像处理设备的电磁兼容预测与工程应用
Prognostication and Engineering Application of Electromagnetic Compatibility for Image Processing Equipment
【摘要】 分析和测量了出现在三维图像处理设备上的电磁干扰信号 论述了如何在图像处理设备中建立电磁兼容预测模型及预测的工程方法 认真分析了设备中电磁骚扰源、骚扰途径和敏感设备的物理特点 ,并进行了电磁兼容预测计算 依据预测结果找出设备中的电磁兼容薄弱环节 ,分层次进行了电磁兼容综合的工程设计 ,经过实践达到了大型图像处理设备电磁兼容的目的
【Abstract】 Now complex image equipments are consist of many different electric property parts, such as high power electric motors, video cameras, digital circuits and analog circuits, etc. Between the same or the different parts, the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) is existed. It is necessary to have them live in the complex electromagnetic circumstance. In order to make the equipment work efficiently and functionally, to forecast and to solve the EMC problems are important before realizing the whole system. Under the engineering practices of developing the 3\|dimension image processing equipment, the paper states how to set up the EMC models and deal with them in engineering. Further more, the physics characteristics of the electromagnetic interferes source and the electromagnetic interfere transmitting roads and the sensitive circuits which is easily wounded by interferes are analyzed in detail. Based on the analyzing, the forecasting of EMC is carried out. By the results, the EMC weak parts in the image processing equipment are easily founded in order that the EMC synthesizes can be realized. And using the step\|by\|step analyze\|synthesize methods the EMC problems can be solved well and the EMC aims are obtained.
