【摘要】 我国中小企业融资难的浅层症状表现为融资管道梗塞 ,即直接融资、间接融资和政策融资三条渠道不畅所致。其深层病理源于企业内外的“三不” ,但对“三不”的调整和改革不力 ,是中小企业长期以来不能走出融资困境的根本原因。故笔者开出“三管齐下”的药方 ,以期从根本上祛除中小企业融资难之病根更多还原
