【摘要】 大学发展是一个国际大学互动的过程。按照大学发展的历史线索,文章以韩国汉城大学为案例,描述了其自20世纪中叶创立以来至80年代中期的一系列改革思路与对策。研究指出,汉城大学的建设采取的是“政府主导模式”。它既是一个战略管理过程,也是一个制度引进、消化与创新的过程。同时,研究型大学发展必须确立研究在其发展中的核心位置。更多还原

【Abstract】 The university development is an interaction process of international universities. According to historical clue of a university expansion, the author describes the train of thought and strategy of reforms by making Seoul University of Korea as an example from its establishment in the 1950s to the development in the 1980s. The development of Seoul University chooses a model which government plays a leading role. It is a process not only for strategy management, but for institution introduction, digestion and creation, in which researching is at the heart of researching universities.更多还原
