高架式装钢机设计改进及使用效果

【摘要】 武钢轧板厂加热炉由推钢式改为步进式后 ,装备水平有一个较大的提升 ,但由于高架式装钢机局部设计的不合理 ,致使新设备不能正常运行。在现场实物调试、检测和受力分析计算的基础上 ,对结构实施了改进 ,取得了满意的效果。

【Abstract】 The equipments in the Plate Mill of WISCO have been raised to higher level since the change of the pushing type reheating furnace into the walking-beam type one in this Mill.Nevertheless the new equipments can’t run properly due to the irrational design of part of the high height steel loader.The structure of loader has been improved on the basis of on-site conditioning,measurement,analysis and calculation of its loading force,and satisfactory result finally achieved.
