光通信系统中前置跨阻放大器的研究和设计
The Research and Design of Trans-impedance Preamplifier in Optical Fiber Communication System
【摘要】 本文介绍了前置跨阻放大器在光通信中光接收机上的应用及其发展方向 ,提出了一种新型的前置跨阻放大器电路结构 ,即在普通跨阻结构上适当地加了有源反馈的电路结构 ,并对它们进行了理论分析 ,最后用BSIM 3v3模型 ,0 3 5μm工艺 ,Cadence仿真器工具对它们进行仿真 ,结果很好 ,带宽从 1GHz增加到 2 15GHz。
【Abstract】 In this article, the application of trans-impedance preamplifier in a fiber optics receiver of optical fiber communication and its trends of development are introduced. A new circuit structure of trans-impedance preamplifier, which is properly added active feedback to common trans-impedance structure, is given, and the theoretical analyses of common and new circuit structures are presented. Finally, simulations of both structures were performed using CMOS BSIM3v3 models by Cadence software and adopting 0.35μm technology, the results are good, the bandwidth is increased from 1GHz to 2.25GHz.
