【Abstract】 With the development of telelearning, the problem of real time screen sharing and communication has become a hotspot of applied research. In this paper, a Collaborative Learning System based on web adopting Java Applet technologies is introduced. Under this system, teacher and students can communicate with each other through web page browser.
