【摘要】 目的　比较阿尔茨海默病 (AD)与血管性痴呆 (VD)病人的智力与记忆功能。方法　采用韦氏成人智力量表及韦氏记忆量表对 2 3例AD和 2 7例VD病人进行测查。结果　智力方面 ,AD病人的知识、领悟、算术、相似性、数字广度、词汇、图形排列等 7项分测验及言语智商、总智商均明显低于VD病人 ,突出表现在知识、领悟及相似性方面 ;其它各项分测验差别均无显著性意义 (P均 >0 0 5 )。记忆方面 ,AD病人的定向、累加、再认、视觉再生、联想学习、背数等 6项分测验及记忆商均明显低于VD病人 ,突出表现在定向、累加、视觉再生及背数方面 ;其它各项分测验差别均无显著性意义 (P均 >0 0 5 )。结论　AD及VD病人均呈现明显的智力及记忆功能障碍 ,但AD病人受损更为严重更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the intelligence and memory of Alzheimer’s disease(AD) and vascular dementia(VD) patients.Methods 23 AD patients and 27 VD patients were compared on the Wechsler adult intelligence scale and memory scale revised in China.Results AD patients had lower scores on information,comprehension,arithmetic,similarity,digit,vocabulary,picture array and also lower VIQ and FIQ as compared with VD patients.The distinct manifestation were information,comprehension and similarity.AD patients had lower scores on direction,accumlation,recognition,visual reproduction,association study,digit and also lower memory quotient as compared with VD patients.The distinct manifestion were direction,accumulation,visual reproduction and digit.Conclusion Either AD and VD patients suffered serious impairment on intelligence and memory AD patients showed serious and extensive impairment.更多还原
