超声场下熔体温度对SnSb合金凝固组织的影响
Effects of Melt Temperature on Solidified Structure of Sn-Sb Peritectic Alloy in Ultrasonic Field
【摘要】 研究了超声场下熔体温度对SnSb包晶合金凝固组织的影响 ,分析了其影响机制。结果表明 ,在超声场作用下 ,熔体温度对凝固组织的细化效果有显著的影响 ,对Sb质量分数为 10 .5 %的SnSb包晶合金 ,在熔体温度为 30 0℃时进行超声处理的细化效果最为显著
【Abstract】 The effects of melt temperature on solidified structure of Sn-Sb peritectic alloy in ultrasonic field and the mechanism were investigated and analyzed. The results showed that melt temperature greatly affected on refinement of solidified structure of the alloy by ultrasonic field, particularly in Sn-Sb peritectic alloy containing 10.5% Sb (weight percentage) at melt temperature 300 ℃.
