铝合金铸造用电磁泵流量计算
Calculation of Flow Rate of the Electromagnetic Pump for A-luminum Alloy Pouring
【摘要】 应用Origin软件进行实验数据处理并结合数学分析方法 ,建立了电磁泵工作流量Q与电磁泵静压头Δp、铝液流出高度f(H)及坩埚内铝液面下降高度g(h)之间的关系式Q =[aΔP +f(H)g(h) /Q0 ]。应用电磁泵流量计算公式计算的结果与试验测定结果比较 ,相对误差小于 7%。
【Abstract】 Constructive equation among running flow rate Q and static pressure head △p, outlet height of liquid aluminum /( h) as well as dropped height of liquid aluminum in crucible g (h) was established by measuring process variables of imported electromagnetic pump in low pressure casting combined with Origin software for data handling and with mathematical analysis.The relative error between calculated results with the contractive equation for flow rate of electromagnetic pump and test results stood up to 7%
