Al-Pb偏晶合金颗粒的微观结构
Microstructure of Particle of Al-Pb Monotectic Alloy
【摘要】 研究了用旋转造粒法制备Al 8Pb 3Si 2Sn 1Cu合金颗粒的冷却速度与微观组织。结果显示 ,受颗粒直径与冷却介质的影响 ,颗粒表层与中心都可获得大冷却速度 ,颗粒直径小于 4.1mm时 ,合金的非平衡凝固可以克服Pb重力偏析 ,随着颗粒直径的减小 ,合金凝固过程从非平衡过偏晶状态转变为非平衡亚偏晶状态 ,在微观上Pb分布更加均匀。
【Abstract】 Microstruetures and cooling velocity of Al-8Pb-3Si-2Sn-lCu monotectic alloy by rotating molten metal were investigated. Results indicated that great cooling velocity obtained in the centre and surface of the particle depended on the particle diameter and cooling medium.The non-equibrium solidifieation can prevented from Pb gravity segregation with the particle diameter less than 4.1 mm . With the decrease in the particle diameter the transformation hypermonoteetic non-equilibrium state into hypononoteetic equilibrium state during solidification of the alloy resulted in Pb more uniform micro-distribution .
